Mike & Jen {Snohomish Wedding Photography}
Talk about a wedding! After a five minute ceremony, Mike & Jen broke out the home brew (Mike and Jen’s dad brewed it all themselves) and the party was on. It was fantastic! Mike & Jen love to laugh and obviously are amazing hosts. Congratulations again, you two! Kevin and I had SO much fun with you!!

We look just like we did in high school! …Right?

This was awesome. Two of Jen’s friends were celebrating their one year anniversary on their wedding day, and one of the little girls had her birthday, too. She made them all cupcakes! Beautiful.
Ken & Jenn {Seattle Wedding Photography}
Party in your wedding gigs – that’s what Ken & Jenn’s wedding was all about! After a quick exchange of vows, we moved right on over to the real reason everyone had gathered… food, music and dancing!! How else better to celebrate? Congratulations, you two – you make an awesome pair! (Remember their engagement session?)
The “Hancashazas” {Bellingham Family Photography}
We loved these guys. They’re the kind of people that we’re going to want to go to for parenting advice, for sure. David is not quite 4 years old (birthday in August) but the way the kid moved you’d think he was 8! He was balancing on the top of benches, running up the sides of hills, jumping off stairs, climbing trees… seriously, it was impressive. And he’s adorable, too – a double threat. Thank you, Paul & Margo, for a super fun evening!
And PS, in case you’re wondering… Hancashaza isn’t a fake name created to protect the innocent.
Margo and Paul both kept their last names, so they came up with a “in between” name to make things easier. I love it!
I just had to add this one to show you David’s skills. The top of the bench is angled – he’s doing some serious balancing. Did I mention that he’s only 3?

He was being a tiger in the tall grass.

Kids are fascinated by the camera, and I love it when they want to play with it themselves!

Kirk & Courtney {Arlington Engagement Photography}
It was a gorgeous, if not sweltering, summer day when we hung out with Kirk & Courtney for their engagement session; we were searching for shade for more reasons than just good lighting! But we had such a blast with them, first at the fire station where Kirk is a fire fighter, and then in beautiful Oso where Courtney grew up. Vintage fire trucks, old train trestles, scenic rivers, horse pastures with mountain views… yeah, it was a good day.
We love to hear what you think!
Andrew & Jenna {Bellingham Engagement Photography}
Andrew and Jenna’s vintage-inspired wedding on beautiful Orcas Island is coming up soooo fast… I absolutely cannot wait. It’s going to be gorgeous. We met up with these two at Lairmont Manor a couple of weeks ago – mostly to use their Steinway piano because Andrew is a music aficinado. The afternoon went fast! Just as fast as the hours ticking away until the big day…..
Tim & Kristina {Edmonds Engagement Photography}
What a beautiful day for an engagement shoot! We hung out with Tim & Kristina last month on an absolutely gorgeous day in Edmonds for their engagement session. It was awesome! We rolled down hills, climbed on pilings, played in the freezing cold water…. well, they did all that. ;D Anything for a good picture!! We are SO excited for their wedding coming up in just a couple of weeks. See you soon, guys!
The Dentons {Bellingham Family Photography}
Tyler and Elizabeth already have one beyond-adorable offspring, and are due for a second pretty soon. Riley was a kick to photograph once she got used to the strangers with the big black thing following her around! We had an awesome afternoon with all three (four) of them tooling around beautiful Fairhaven.
