“Guys… we are not classy enough to be at our own wedding,” was Kristi’s opening line at the reception. Well, that might not have been entirely accurate; but the mix of white roses and candles adorning the tables coupled with organza-wrapped diet Pepsi cans as guest gifts was both adorably unique and an accurate depiction of what huge personalities Steve & Kristi have. Both separately and together they are two of the kindest, gentlest, most hilarious souls I have ever met – Kevin and I felt like we wanted to just hang out with them forever.  Their big day, set at the impressive Pan Pacific Hotel in downtown Seattle, was filled with little kids running everywhere, constant laughing, plenty of tears (the good kind), a few well-placed swear words, and of course about a million cans of diet Pepsi. Steve and Kristi, as a police officer and an ER nurse, respectively, spend every day laying themselves out to serve everyone around them; today, their friends & family came together to serve, celebrate and uplift them for the amazing people that they are.

With the formalities over, the party begins! And let me tell you – between Steve & Kristi, their energetic crowd of friends and the talented DJ Dylan with Otto-Matic Mobile Music, this party was rockin’ ALL NIGHT LONG! 

The biggest of congratulations to you both! I can’t wait to see you again as your life together continues to grow and create all kinds of memories & milestones. Kevin and I wish you the most heartfelt best of everything. ❤
