Me: “Does Cody ever just… walk next to you and hold your hand?”
Kyla: “Nope, not really. He always has to climb things.”

That might sound strange & unromantic, but it’s not – that’s just how it is for Cody & Kyla. Cody is a parkour enthusiast, and everywhere he goes he simply HAS to climb onto rocks, jump off of ledges and balance on handrails. For those of you who don’t know what parkour is… it’s a sport where human monkeys utilize anything and everything around them for vaulting, rolling, running, climbing, leaping, and whatever else they can do. It’s pretty amazing to watch, I must say! Appropriately, we met Cody & Kyla at Freeway Park in Seattle where Cody loves to hone his parkour skills.

Despite his gravitation toward anything that he could vault over, Cody DOES still hold her hand. He’s obviously head over heels for his bride-to-be, and they’re an adorably perfect couple. We completely loved hanging out with them for this fabulously urban engagement session!
